Cadillac Sunrise

On the day we departed MDI for the drive back to Chestertown, we got up at 4:15 to see the sunrise from Cadillac Mt. It has been suggested that the summit of Cadillac is the first place in the United States where the rays of the rising sun strike, as it is both far east and elevated. The sunrise, in combination with the wall of fog rolling in from the ocean, was spectacular!
